No frills spot for a quick cantonese meal. There are so many options of things to choose from. I usually go for the wonton noodles. Their cold spicy dishes are also good. This time I also tried their mala brisket and I wished there were more yam noodles in there but it was otherwise tasty. You can adjust the level of spiciness. Service was great, everyone was so nice and constantly checking the table to remove trash. Everything seems clean although I've never used the bathroom here. They also accept credit cards here but cash preferred.

Master wontons!!! They're huge, meatballs with shrimp that hit the spot every time. I enjoy coming to duck wong because they really have a nice variety of foods. We always get the fried fish appetizer (like a salt and pepper dish), the beef tendon noodles and always the wontons!!!

3.5 stars Overall, I recommend this place as a local "I don't wanna cook dinner tonight, kinda feeling Cha Chan Tang ish Cantonese food" kind of joint. Some days it's solid, some days it's meh (nothing bad though). Ordered take out here a few times on those lazy Thursday or Friday nights and food is generally consistent. When I say consistent I mean that the stuff that are good like wonton Noodle soups, general tso, beef curry, etc are consistently good.. And the options that I prob could have done without a second time (usually the Fried stuff) probably should have been left off the order lol. They're not baaad, but I think what you'll find this restaurant tends to be good at is where you want to focus your appetite and ordering. But hey, when you have such a large menu - you're bound to have some options better than others

Wow, all the food I ate was delicious. I came here wanting just the wonton noodle soup but end up ordering a lot more. The noodles were surprising so soft and slippery, I couldn't get enough. The cold crab was juicy. Wonton noodle soup just satisfied my craving.

After a year and numerous dining experiences at Duck Wong, officially updating my review to 5 stars! Duck Wong has become a staple in our Sunday lunch rotation. All noodle soups, rice dishes, specials, and appetizers are well priced with hefty portions - you really can't beat the prices in this area. I've tried quite a few things, but the wonton noodle soup remains my favorite. Wontons are gigantic, well seasoned, and delicious. Paired with their signature chili oil, and it's the ultimate comfort food. The wonton mein is always perfectly cooked, so the noodles retain that al dente springy, chewy texture. And it goes without saying, but their master broth across the noodle dishes is so simplistic but so good. I also really enjoy their spicy oil cuttlefish udon, yaki udon, and beef brisket noodles. All of the appetizers here that we've tried were tasty. Hot & sour soup here isn't like the typical takeout hot & sour soup, but it is well balanced and not goopy. Dumplings & wonton apps are both good (as expected), the cucumber side is refreshing (but beware of garlic breath), kakiage is super crispy and one of my faves, and the bitter melon is refreshing. Service is super efficient and friendly. Cash & card are both accepted. Overall, a no frills spot serving up some delicious noodle soups and quick eats.

Tired their curry brisket set meal & it was pretty good. The set meal was abundant - it had the curry brisket w/ rice, a small soup & 2 pork chive dumplings. The brisket was tender & the curry was not that spicy. There was also cabbage in the meal for some added fiber. I enjoyed my meal & was very stuffed. Staff was attentive & food came out fast. Tons of seating inside.

The food here is good for the price, especially the set meals! The hot and sour soup that is complimentary to the meal is filled with lots of ingredients and is the perfect balance of hot and sour. The pickled radish/carrots and dumplings that came with the meal were also really good. For the main entree, I ordered the sweet and sour pork which came sooo fresh and still crispy when I first ate it. It comes with pieces of pineapple, which is how it's made in Hong Kong. The other dishes ordered at my table were all decent, but I wouldn't recommend the curry noodle soup. The soup is really watered down and the 'noodles' was more like spaghetti. Overall, the food is decent for the price, especially the set meals! I'll be back :)

Great place for lunch, big portions and affordable. This place did not disappoint. I had their wonton noodle soup, the salt and pepper pork chop and their walnut shrimp dish. The wonton soup was not bad, but the broth needs some improvement. The walnut shrimp was good, perfect to share, but the salt and pepper pork chops were better. Perfectly cooked and highly recommend getting that with a bowl of rice. Will definitely come back!
